I had Fords for 8 years through a company lease scheme. I had to use John Grose. Service levels ranged from good to bad - there was never any guarantee that any particular service would go well or not. I think that inconsistent edging poor would be an accurate description of my experience. My heart sank when Direct Line sent me to their body shop for small repairs to my Honda recently. From the start, communication has been poor - no customer care to speak of. Not a word from them all week. Not an indication of progress, expectations or anything. I shan\'t ever use them again.
Would they recommend John Grose to a friend? No
